Youth Meeting for the Environmental Education
and the International Cooperation in Kiyosato

★Grant program of Embassy of the United States Japan
★Expense free. Transportation fee will be partly supported.
☆Japanese conversation skills are required.
All lecture and discussion will practice in Japanese.
☆Required 15 college students, including students from foreign countries.

You can choose a schedule from following three dates.
1)December 18-20, 2011
2)March 5-7 , 2012
3)March 15- 17, 2012

"What can I do for the natural environment?"
"I want to work for the solution of various current global issues."
If you have thought of those things, It is the chance to share your mind
with international friends.

This program, especially focused on "Environmental Education" and
"International cooperation",
but also aims to obtain various point of view from
"Education","Business","Social Contribution",
and "Communication".

Our organization,"Kiyosato Educational Experiment Project" has been
practicing various works based on
"Environmental Education" and "International Cooperation" for 27 years.
We want to share our experience and knowledge.
And Aims to educate great leaders for the present and next generation.

Thanks to grant of Embassy of the United States Japan, this program is
expence free.
We hope you will join this program, and spend great time with your new
international friends.

Program purposes:

Leadership training focused on awareness of environmental and global issues

1) To learn about the environmental education for the next generation
through nature experience, lectures, and case presentations.

2) To learn about international cooperation.
through the history of our organization and Paul Rusch's works,
the case presentation of the Japan-US international cooperation.

Day 1
13:30 Opening Ceremony
14:00 Program 1: Warm-up Session
16:30 Check in at the hotel, free time
17:00 Program 2: Sharing Seminar Goals & Self-Introduction Session
18:00 Dinner
19:30 Program 3: Night tour of the Paul Rusch Memorial Center
20:30 Review and Sharing Session
20:45 End of the day, free time

Day 2
07:30 Breakfast
09:00 Program 4: Participating at our Environmental Education Program
12:30 Lunch
14:00 Program 5: case study and discussion on
“Environmental Education & International Cooperation”
18:00 Dinner
19:30 Program 6: Nature experience of "Night Walking".
20:30 Review and Sharing Session
20:45 End of the day, free time
